This ECAR’s objective is to analyze the MARVEL Control Drum (CD) system with a particular emphasis on the primary components influencing the actuator’s rotational motion behavior. The CD actuator is of primary interest. The CD’s inertia, bearing friction, and any compliances in the load path is required to provide a comprehensive actuator assessment. The said dynamic influencing parameters will be extracted via a simplified CD model and conservative boundary conditions.
